Design One

Here is the starting point of the models head

The snakehook tool was used to drag the eye down to create a droopy eye, and then the clay buildup tool used to create the tumour around the mouth

After gradual alterations to the face, and adding texture, the eye looked more realistic, and the texture of the tumour added to the effect. Scaring was also added to the face and eye fluid drips from the eye

Here I screened shot the image, and painted the image in photoshop, and added multiple layers to create the flesh look

Using reference images, I added various colours to the affected areas to bring out the brutal wounds

Eyebrows were drawn on using my tablet, and realistic eyes were used from internet images to replicate real eyes, and accurate colours were used to create the illusion of an infected eye and a growing tumour

A close up of the textures and colours on the face

Eyelashes were added to the right side of the face to replicate realistic eyes

The teeth were altered to appear more white and less beige, and rouge lipstick was added

A closer look at the details and colours added to the face

I chose a picture off of the internet to use the hair, and decided to cut and apply the hair to my model to replicate realistic hair, to get an idea of what it would look like on my model

Final Outcome, I am extremely happy with this outcome, and it may even be created for my final prosthetic application

Eyes were added in, explained in next clip, but eyebrows still need to be done to create a more realistic look. Left eye was also discoloured to make it look infected, I think it looks pretty effective
