With Pete

I lost the actual tutorial sheet, so I wrote down what I can remember during this stage, this was the first tutorial  I had with pete to discuss what I desired to make.

After pete liked my idea, I went off to do some primary research and to look into the possibilities I could relate my project to.

I also looked into characters that inspired me to go choose the specific route I took.

With Laura

A group tutorial with Laura, where we all participated in mentioning some good points about what could be relevant to the project, and how to go about researching. A helpful tutorial.

At this point, I still knew I was going the right way about my work. I had studied many relevant topics and books that could of use to my project.

I was beginning to think of what character I wanted to study at this point, and what sort of end result I wanted.

I also got in touch with some students who could help with my final piece.

Notes:

With Carolyne

During this stage, I was struggling to know how to go about making a mold for my prosthetic hoof hand, I had a tutorial with carolyne to hav a look at my blog at this stage and to also discuss how it could be done.

I was thrilled to have this tutorial, I felt like a huge weight had been lifted from my head. I was struggling quite a bit at this point as I had never created a prosthetic hand before. All the research criteria I looked at didn't really make sense to me, and I started getting slightly concerned with how it could be done, and whether I would be able to do it in time.

After having a discussion with Carolyne and Pete about what steps to approach to get the prosthetic hand, I did feel like I had been educated a bit more, and I then understood how it could be done.
