What is a Practical?
A practical is something physical, a prosthetic, a makeup application, an animatronic. You could say its anything that is hand made by an individual.
Stan winstons studios, is probably one of the best videos you'll ever see. Jurrasic Park is one my favourite films, and to see the behind the scenes footage to how they made these massive animatronics, is just amazing.
Another great makeup transformation, was the alien from district 9. where his arm was changing. It was incredibly convincing.
